Shipping Information
Every Lebas order is packed with care and shipped from our Minnesota warehouse. You will always know exactly where your order is.
We ship to all 50 US states and to customers in over 50 countries worldwide.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our Minnesota warehouse. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
During peak periods — particularly the weeks before Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, and around Ramadan — processing may take up to 5 business days due to higher order volumes. We always communicate any delays proactively by email.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received this email within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Add 1–3 business days processing time for your total estimated arrival window.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched via tracked international courier services and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination country and local customs processing times.
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. All international orders include tracking.
Important: International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be charged upon arrival in your country. These vary by destination and are outside our control. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
Tracking your order
Every Lebas order ships with full tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please check with neighbours or your building reception first. If you still cannot locate your parcel after 48 hours, contact us immediately and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Shipping around Ramadan & Eid
We understand that timing matters most during the blessed months. We increase our warehouse capacity before Ramadan and Eid to handle higher demand, but we strongly recommend placing your Eid orders at least 3 weeks before the celebration to allow comfortable delivery time.
If you have a hard deadline — a wedding, an Eid gathering, a special event — tell us in your order notes and we will prioritise your order and communicate proactively if anything affects your timeline.
