Every Lebas order ships with full tracking. From the moment your abaya leaves our Minnesota warehouse to the moment it arrives at your door, you can follow it every step of the way.
Check your email for your dispatch confirmation — it contains your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel.

Delivery times are measured from dispatch date, not order date. Add processing time to calculate your total estimated arrival window.
I have not received a tracking email
Your tracking email is sent automatically when your order leaves our warehouse — usually within 1–3 business days of placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there after 4 business days, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
My tracking says delivered but I have not received it
This can happen, especially in apartment buildings or when a parcel is left with a neighbour. Please:
- Check with your building reception, concierge, or mail room
- Check with immediate neighbours
- Check if the carrier has left a collection notice at your local post office
- Allow 48 hours — sometimes tracking updates ahead of physical delivery
If your parcel is still missing after 48 hours, contact us immediately at ukinterpid@gmail.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and resolve the situation for you.
